This is much appreciated if you had not written “We don’t have new information about the implementation date, but we do have a copy of the latest version of the proposals for QMD.” would not have been aware of a Version 3. As the council link has been stating thank-you for correspondence and is being looked into but not advised that there is now another version. It is only when go onto the files that it is shown.
