Survey on tenement maintenance

The Scottish Parliamentary Working Group on Tenement Maintenance has produced a report proposing compulsory 5-yearly property inspections compulsory owners associations compulsory sinking funds They are keen to get flat-owners’ views. You can respond to the proposals by filling in the survey (the survey includes a link to the interim report). Closing date 27 Feb 2019. Curves planning application: comment by Tuesday 30 October
