West End Festival 2016

Local highlights include:

  • 4 and 5 June 10am and 2pm: River Kelvin Bridges Walk
  • 4–11 June 11am–5pm: So It Begins: Fashion, Art, Jewellery, Glasgow Kelvin College
  • 4 June 7pm; 6 June 2pm: Guided Walk: Sixty Steps and Greek Thomson
  • 5 June 12–5pm: Queen Margaret Drive Festival
  • 5 June 12 noon: Nature Festival and Gala, Children’s Wood
  • 7 June 8pm Defeat Is An Orphan
  • 11 June 11am–4pm: Friends of the River Kelvin (FORK) Family Day, Kibble Palace – plus Kelvin at the Kibble exhibition runs 27 May to 12 June, 10am–6pm daily
  • 11 June 1.30pm: Wilton Street Garden Fete
  • 12 June 12 noon: Queen Margaret Drive: the Big Lunch, Oban Lane
  • 12 June 12 noon: Foraging Festival and Junior Bake Off, Children’s Wood
  • 25 June 7.30pm: Taylor Wilson: No Regrets, Mackintosh Queen’s Cross
