Scottish Water improvement works on the Kelvin Walkway

Scottish Water has a £15m environmental investment project under way on the River Kelvin Walkway. The project is designed to help keep the Kelvin clean by stopping items which are wrongly flushed down the toilet from overflowing into the river. The foundations of an old mill were discovered during an archaeological dig (now completed) beside the walkway. See the video below:

We are looking forward to seeing the improvements the investment project is expected to bring. It is due to be completed by the end of summer 2020.
