NKCC AGM & monthly meeting, 6 Oct

Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 6 October at 6:30pm, followed immediately by our usual monthly business meeting, probably about 7pm. Venue: Glasgow Academy, Colebrooke St, Glasgow G12 8HE. Enter via the main gate on Colebrook St and the janitor will direct you. Residents are welcome to attend.

1. Record membership, attendance, and apologies received
   2. Approve the presented minutes of the last Annual General Meeting
   3. Approve Chairperson’s annual report (written or minuted at the AGM)
   4. Approve Treasurer’s submission of Independently Examined Statement of Accounts
   5. Note implementation/continuation of the Scheme of Establishment for Community Councils
   6. Current office bearers step down
   7. Election of office bearers
   8. Confirm that the Constitution is signed and dated by the Chairperson and 2 other members of the Community Council
   9. Note appointment of Community Councillors to Outside Bodies e.g. Area Partnerships
   10. Note the appointment of an Independent Examiner of accounts for the next year
   11. Note the appointment of Associate Members
   12. Review the Inventory and Additional Resources
   13. Chairperson to declare that 5 October 2027 will host the next AGM
