Our walk on Saturday morning, 28 February 2026, is an addition to our fortnightly schedule and will start at 9am.

Meeting point

Meet on Queen Margaret Bridge at the junction with Queen Margaret Road at 9am, opposite our noticeboard.

About the walk

The walk will be led by Alexandra, the Countryside Ranger, and will be on the Kelvin Walkway towards Dawsholm. It will focus on bird species living in the river gorge. This is sure to be of interest – please join us if you can!

Registration

There is no need to book – you can just come along on the day.

However, if you haven’t done so already, it would be helpful if you could record your participation by entering your data on this registration link. (This needs to be done only once.)

Remember…

★ Please wear comfortable shoes

★ Dress for the weather and consider bringing drinking water

★ Walkers needing 1:1 support should bring a buddy with them to help

★ Children must be accompanied by an adult
