Energy Futures in Neighbourhoods Survey

We have been contacted by a researcher at Queen’s University Belfast who is surveying the potential of Glasgow neighbourhoods to change to renewable energy sources and to contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

We would like to collect perspectives across different parts of Glasgow on the role of your neighbourhood in reducing greenhouse gas emissions and fossil-fuel dependency. The survey asks questions to hear about your connection to your neighbourhood, your level of trust in key actors at the local level, and to gather attitudes to energy and climate-related initiatives and policies.

The survey is part of a wider study comparing responses from Glasgow with the Italian city of Bologna, as both cities have set the ambition to reach climate neutrality by 2030.
